These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the stretchtheskies website and the purchase of products offered on it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. stretchtheskies is owned and operated by Ihuarraquax, SL a spanish company registered in Spain.

3. Order and Payment

• 3.1 How to Order: Orders can be placed directly through our website. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

• 3.2 Payment Method: We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method. Payment is made in cash to the courier upon receipt of the product.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across all European Union countries. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Shipping costs, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As per European consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact our customer service via email at info@stretchtheskies.com with your order number and reason for return. You are responsible for returning the product in its original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original customer via bank transfer or other agreed-upon method. Products must be returned in unused and original condition. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product is damaged or not returned in its original state.
