1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the stretchtheskies website and the purchase of products offered on it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. stretchtheskies is owned and operated by EASY PEASY GROUP LIMITED, registered in Hong Kong.

2. Products and Pricing

We offer various consumer products across multiple categories. Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. In some countries, we may display prices and accept payment in local currencies where available. We reserve the right to change prices or product availability at any time without notice.

3. Order and Payment

3.1 How to Order

Orders can be placed directly through our website. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

3.2 Payment Method

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method. Payment is made in cash to the courier upon receipt of the product.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across all European Union countries. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Shipping costs, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer law and our own returns policy, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. In addition to this statutory right, we offer a voluntary 30-day return period on the same terms. To exercise this right, please contact our customer service via email at info@stretchtheskies.com with your order number and reason for return. You may examine and try the product as you would in a shop; it does not need to be unused or in its original packaging. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within a few working days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original customer via bank transfer or other agreed-upon method. The product does not need to be unused, sealed or in its original packaging to obtain a refund. We may reduce the refund only to reflect any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. Where you withdraw within the statutory period, we refund the price of the goods together with the standard delivery cost.

7. Warranties and Liability

Products sold on stretchtheskies are covered by the legal warranty of conformity for two years as per Directive (EU) 2019/771. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages caused by product misuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, where EASY PEASY GROUP LIMITED is registered. This does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of the European Union country in which you reside. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Hong Kong, without prejudice to any right you may have under applicable EU consumer law to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
