1. Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party you designate) take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, notify us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement sent to info@stretchtheskies.com before the 14-day period expires. You may use a simple email; a specific form is not required.

2. Effect of Withdrawal & Refund of Delivery

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. Where you chose a delivery type more expensive than our standard option, we reimburse the standard delivery cost. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or, for cash-on-delivery orders, by bank transfer, at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of return, whichever is earlier.

3. Condition of the Goods

You may examine and try the product as you would in a shop. You do not need to keep it unused or sealed to obtain a refund. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

4. Voluntary 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

In addition to your statutory 14-day right, we voluntarily offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. Within these 30 days you may return the product for a full refund of the price on the same terms set out above. This voluntary guarantee is offered on top of, and does not limit, your statutory rights.

5. Returning the Product

Before returning anything, contact us at info@stretchtheskies.com with your order number. We will confirm the correct return address for your country and provide instructions. Unless the item is faulty, not as described, or was sent in error, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend a trackable service. If the product is defective or not as described, we cover the return cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email and process any approved refund to your original payment method or by bank transfer within the timeframe above.

7. Sale Items

Sale and discounted items are eligible for withdrawal, return and refund on exactly the same terms as regular-priced items.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items
